Aequitas

A workspace for dispute resolution

A record both sides can read.

Bring your evidence, share your perspective, and work toward a proposed outcome with a neutral case manager.

Two perspectives. One shared record.

Where to submit your material

Sign in, open My cases, then select a case with View. To begin a case, choose Start a new case from that list.

Evidence
In the case's Evidence section, attach a file with a title and optional description while evidence intake is open.
Dispute chronology
In Dispute chronology, add each event's date, title and your account of what happened during evidence intake.
Your position
In Positions, explain your account and the outcome you are seeking once the case manager closes evidence intake.

Submissions are made by the parties inside their case, not on this public page. The case workspace explains any unavailable action.

A clear process, together.

Aequitas supports dispute resolution: each party submits its evidence and position, a neutral case manager reviews a proposed outcome, and nothing is concluded without each party's explicit consent.

  1. Share the facts

Each party adds evidence and explains their point of view in the same case record.

  2. Review a proposal

A neutral case manager reviews the proposed outcome before it is shared with the parties.

  3. Choose whether to consent

Each party decides explicitly. A proposed outcome becomes an agreement only with both parties' consent.

Aequitas

Proposals are reviewed by a person. Consent belongs to each party.
